Hi. I’m Lee. I help small teams and nonprofits fix the kind of tech problems that don’t need a hero — just someone competent, calm, and quietly efficient.

I’ve been in software for decades — coding, documenting, mentoring, and maintaining systems long after the excitement wore off. These days, I focus on low-drama work that actually helps people. No scaling to the moon. No buzzwords. Just steady progress, 10 hours a week at a time.

How I work

• 10 hours per week per client
• $100/hour, billed monthly
• Retainer-based
• Drop me into your ticket system (Jira, GitHub, Trello, etc.)
• I pull tickets, work them, submit PRs, and move on
• Minimal meetings — standup + retro are fine, and they’re billable

My wheelhouse

• .NET (including Core)
• JavaScript / TypeScript — React, Next.js
• HTML / CSS — pixel-perfect conversions from mockups or images
• Front-end + Back-end — full-stack when needed
• SQL + DB tuning
• Infrastructure sanity — CI/CD, Git workflows, DevOps-lite support
• Internal tools and dashboards — making ugly stuff usable

I don’t mess with PHP, Rails, or haunted CMSes. I like working with tech I understand and can trust.
